- Pre-orders will be processed in the order they are received, and customers will receive a confirmation once shipping begins.
- We ship globally. Shipping times and costs vary by location and will be displayed during checkout.
Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging.
- To initiate a return, contact us at support@moodmonsters.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
